Data controller

Enquiries and briefs
We process contact and company details, enquiry content and attachments to respond, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship. Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked as required are needed to handle your enquiry. Do not submit patient data or health information.
Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interests in handling correspondence and business contacts and establishing or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Legal obligations arising from our cooperation are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Recipients and retention
Hosting, email and IT service providers may access data as needed to provide their services. We use Hostinger and Google Workspace. We retain data while handling your enquiry and our business relationship, and subsequently for periods required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
If providers' services involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate legal grounds and safeguards under the GDPR are required. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and restrict processing, and, where the GDPR provides, to data portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects or use profiling.
Security and external services
The server may log technical data, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to maintain website operation and security. Links to WhatsApp and other services lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies. The Client Portal is currently a preview announcement and does not offer sign-in.

Fonts
Fonts are hosted on our own server. Displaying them does not require a connection to Google servers.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics and first-party performance measurements to improve the website and assess enquiry sources. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Details, providers and storage periods are described in the cookie policy. We do not transmit form contents to analytics.
