FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A few answers before we start working on your product.

How do I start a private label project?

Send a brief with the product name, expected quantity and a short description. You can include a photo, reference product link or requirements file. A finished specification is not required.

What products can we develop together?

We work across three areas: medical devices and pharmacy accessories, Health & Beauty accessories, and promotional merchandise. Each project is tailored to your sales channel and audience.

Can the product feature my logo and Pantone colour?

Yes. Depending on the model and production method, we can adapt colours, printing, logos and packaging to your brand identity. The available customisation is confirmed in the quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product, materials, branding and packaging. Share your planned quantity in the brief so we can check the available options, including smaller production runs.

Can I choose custom packaging?

Yes. Options can include printed cartons, polybags and bulk packaging. Describe your requirements in the brief or ask us to suggest a suitable solution.

What determines the price and lead time?

Quantity, product specifications, customisation, packaging and transport all affect the quotation. We confirm pricing and the schedule after reviewing your project. Include a target budget or delivery date if you have one.

Can we agree on a sample before production?

Sample availability, cost and timing are confirmed for each product. Please indicate whether you need a standard sample or a customised one.

Can I send inspiration or a reference product?

Yes. The brief accepts images, PDF, Excel and CSV files: up to 3 files with a combined size of 10 MB. Add reference product links in the benchmark field.

How are requirements for pharmacy products agreed?

We first clarify the intended use, sales market and documentation requirements. A product sold in a pharmacy is not necessarily a medical device. Requirements are confirmed for the specific project.
